MEET AMY LIND, PRINCIPAL DESIGNER & OWNER OF AMY LIND INTERIORS: Amy Lind's interior design work has been featured in HGTV Magazine, Real Simple, and Design*Sponge. Condé Nast Traveler recently selected a rental property that she had the pleasure of fully furnishing and updating through a budget renovation as one of 20 Best Airbnbs for Family Vacations.

After graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Amy began her career in the fine art world as a figurative painter (www.amylind.com) honing her color, textural, and spatial sensibilities. Her paintings have graced the cover of several national publications, including American Art Collector and Art Calendar, and they appear in the New York Times Best-Selling children's book Marcel the Shell With Shoes On: Things About Me. After nearly a decade of painting full-time while working on the side re-designing friends' homes, Amy followed her heart to pursue interior design as an official career. A year-and-a-half into working part-time for a renowned interior architectural firm, she knew it was time to branch out on her own. With the formation of Amy Lind Interiors LLC, Amy now officially merges her life-long love for interiors with her skills as a fine artist to bring a well-rounded approach to the design world.

An avid traveler, Amy's design sensibilities are informed by all the places she has had the pleasure of visiting – from Morocco, to Portugal, to Hong Kong, to New Zealand, Australia, and places between. She has lived in a variety of locations across the country, including Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Savannah, which have all played a part in influencing her eclectic aesthetic. She now lives in a 1930 bungalow in gorgeous Savannah with her wonderfully supportive husband and endlessly fun son.
